The Carolinas Are Still Desirable Destinations
United Van Lines just released their 42nd Annual National Movers Study, which shows the U.S. places where the most people moved to and from in 2018. A lot of people still want to live in the Carolinas. Here are the top ten destinations:
- Vermont
- Oregon
- Idaho
- Nevada
- Arizona
- South Carolina
- Washington
- North Carolina
- South Dakota
- District of Columbia
The Palmetto State could be even higher on the list by the end of 2019. According to U-Haul, South Carolina is the third-fastest growing state, based on the number of one-way U-Haul rental trucks that enter the state versus leave the state in one year. Florida is second on that list, and Texas is #1 for the third consecutive year.
