Unpacking Meal Kits For A Healthier 2019
I haven’t tried a meal kit service myself, but the people I know who have love them. I get it. Meal kits are convenient because they’re delivered right to your door and everything is prepped for quick, easy assembly. For busy working adults, they makes a lot of sense. However, while you’re avoiding a trip to the supermarket, you do still get some practice in the kitchen which, for me, makes putting dinner on the table more satisfying.
