‘The Karate Kid’ Is 35 And Returning To Theaters
Wax on, wax off…and get your tickets to see The Karate Kid back on the big screen. The iconic 1984 coming-of-age/martial arts movie turns 35 this year.
The anniversary of the film’s original release, coupled with the success of the 2018 YouTube spinoff, Cobra Kai, is the perfect reason to put The Karate Kid back in theaters. The 4k UHD re-release even includes interviews with stars Ralph Macchio (‘Daniel’), William Zabka (‘Johnny’), and Martin Kove (‘Kreese’).
The limited engagement will run on March 31st and April 2nd. Tickets go on sale Friday, February 15th but you can submit your email address now to get a notification.
