Here’s Why Lady Gaga Reportedly Dumped Fiance Christian Carino

Lady Gaga quietly ended her engagement to Christian Carino last month just days before winning an Oscar. But according to new reports, the split — initially described as not being “dramatic” — wasn’t quite as seamless as we thought.
A source close to Gaga tells Us Weekly, “Christian didn’t treat Gaga very well toward the end of their relationship, and she leaned on Jeremy [Renner] in the weeks after it ended.”
According to the source, Carino was always jealous and controlling toward the end of their relationship.
“[He was always] trying to find her all the time and texted her a lot,” the source said. “He was controlling, and her friends didn’t like him.”
Since then, she’s been hanging out with friends, including Jeremy Renner.
On Thursday, for her 33rd birthday, Gaga reportedly took a group of her girlfriends to Cabo for a little rest and relaxation.
Still, the star is reportedly “staying focused” and is hard at work on her next album.
