Taylor Swift’s Tiny Desk Concert
Last week Taylor Swift stopped by NPR’s “Tiny Desk” and played an acoustic show for 300 lucky employees and guests.
She stripped down the title track of her lastest album “Lover” on piano, and played two songs off that album for the first time “The Man”, my personal favorite on the album and “Death By A Thousand Cuts”, a breakup song she explains was inspired by her friend’s life, both on acoustic guitar. Taylor closed with her fan-favorite song off her “Red” album “All Too Well”. Check out the full performance below!
Hopefully this a preview of what we can expect on tour from Taylor. The four US LoverFest stadium shows go on sale this week however the presale went on sale Monday and sold out quickly! With only four shows I can see why! The closest show to Charlotte is at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, which I bought tickets to on a whim. But hopefully she will announce a full tour including Charlotte or another North Carolina city soon.
Until then I’ll just be watching this on repeat!
It's here.
