LEGOS At Discovery Place
School is almost out, and the kids are gonna want to have some summer fun! This exhibit is one they will love!
Now through September 2, “Towers of Tomorrow” is at Discovery Place Science. You can see replicas of the world’s tallest buildings made from LEGOs. SO cool!
Ryan McNaught is one of 14 certified LEGO professionals in the world. Ryan is from Australia, and has five traveling exhibits in various museums. “Towers of Tomorrow” is made up of 20 skyscrapers. The exhibit is made from more than half a million LEGOs, and Ryan completed it in just over 2,400 hours. WOW! Beside each skyscraper, is a description of each building and fun facts about the building.
Truth told, this exhibit will be fun for the whole family! I don’t have kids and I want to check it out.
You can read more about Ryan, and how he became a LEGO pro (cool story), and you can get more details on the exhibit here.
