South Carolina Girl Steps Up To Simon Cowell On AGT
It takes serious guts to get on any stage and perform, but I can’t image the fear of performing in front of a huge audience, and celebrities that are judging you. I did theater as a kid, but I’m not sure I could have done what this young lady did on “America’s Got Talent”.
12-year-old Ansley Burns is hard core and fearless, and she proved it on the show this past Tuesday. Ansley is from the small town of Easley, South Carolina, and she showed some “Southern strength” on the show.
Ansley was singing Aretha Franklin’s “Think”, and Simon Cowell stopped her. He was not a fan of the backing tract that she was using, and told her that he couldn’t judge her fairly. The look on Ansley’s face….poor kid! She wasn’t sure what to do.
Simon Cowell could obviously see she was shaken. He gave Ansley his water, and asked her to sing for them a capella. WOW! That’s not stressful at all! LOL!
I’ll say this, this young lady from South Carolina not only held her composure, but rocked out the tune with ease! Go girl!
Heck of a job, and you can see for yourself below! This young lady will go far, that’s my prediction.
