Cauliflower Crusted Chicken Tenders Are On The Way
Chicken tenders aren’t a food I eat often. Usually I’ll do baked or grilled chicken, but these may make me change my mind.
Caulipower is coming out with cauliflower-crusted chicken tenders and they look darn tasty! Caulipower is the company that makes the frozen cauliflower pizza crust, and it’s really good, so I’m all about trying theses.
The tenders are breaded with cauliflower, rice flour, and brown rice flour. The “New Chick On The Block” tenders are not only gluten-free, but they also contain 40 percent less calories and 85 percent less fat than any other frozen chicken tender. They’ll come in two flavors: original and kinda spicy. Nice!
I will admit, I was NOT one of the folks that was originally on board with all the cauliflower products, but after trying numerous ones, I like them. The Caulipower company has done a great job. I can’t wait to try these! Sadly, we’ll have to wait until September.
