12 Charlotte-Area Ice Cream Shops Worth A Lick

If you do only one thing this weekend, make sure you get some ice cream. July is National Ice Cream Month and this Sunday (7/21) is National Ice Cream Day. You can thank Ronald Reagan for that. The late U.S. president made it official in 1984.
