It’s Time To Play ‘Find The Fawn!’
Deer typically have their fawns in late spring or early summer, and during the first few weeks of their life, the Mama Doe will leave them alone in a safe place during the day while she forages for food.
How and why do I know this? Because when I saw a tiny baby fawn outside my bedroom window, I did a lot of Googling to see if it’s been abandoned or if Mom was coming back.
As it turns out, the internet was right and each night, Mom came back and picked up the fawn, just like picking up your little one from day care after a long day.
So, can you find the fawn in hiding?
