The financial experts at WalletHub have ranked the best gift cards for 2019. They evaluated fifty of the most popular gift cards on a variety of criteria including:

- Visa Gift Card
- Walmart Gift Card
- Target Gift Card
- iTunes Gift Card
- Starbucks Gift Card
- American Express Gift Card
- Disney Gift Card
- eBay Gift Card
- Sephora Gift Card
It’s no surprise that Amazon is #1. It’s considered the most popular card to give. However, the Target gift card actually got the highest WalletHub score, even though it’s only the fourth-most popular card with consumers. See more on the full list.
