Taco Bell Has A Soup Recipe That Uses Pureed Tacos

Tacos in a blender? It really doesn’t sound like an appetizing idea, but that’s what this new dish from Taco Bell calls for! 

Ever November at the Taco Bell Headquarters, they host a “Friendsgiving” but the dishes aren’t your normal Thanksgiving fare. All of the dishes are made with a Taco Bell twist. This year, for the company’s “7th Annual Friendsgiving”, Taco Bell Executive Chef Rene Pisciotti has come up with a unique soup.

Introducing “Rolled Chicken Taco Bisque”,  which I originally thought sounded nasty! I mean, putting Taco Bell’s Rolled Chicken Tacos into a blender just sounds disgusting! But, after reading the recipe, I think it may be ok.

I found the recipe and have decided to make it Thursday night so that I can bring it into work Friday morning. Phil and I will taste it Friday for a “Freaky Food Friday” video so get ready for THAT!  Check it out below and if you’re interested in the recipe, you can find it here.
