You May Want To Sit Down, These Songs Are Turning 40 This Year

It’s January 2, 2020 and in 10 days I will turn 50 years-old. I’m not excited about this birthday. I mean, of course I’m happy I’m around, I guess I just expected by life to be different at this age. When I saw this video, it did NOT help my anxiety about turning 50! 

There’s a DJ that made a video of a few songs turning 40 in 2020 and honestly, I wasn’t ready for it! If you grew up in the 80’s, you may need a drink after watching this! I guess I found it shocking because I can still remembering hearing these songs for the first time. For a few of these tunes, I can still remember the details of the video that was shown on Mtv.

I KNOW I’m almost 50 years-old but I guess in my head I still feel/think like I’m way younger.  Am I the only one?
