Celebrate ‘Museum Day’ With Your Family On April 4th
Did someone say, “road trip?” Saturday, April 4th is the 16th annual Museum Day, a nationwide event organized by Smithsonian Magazine. Participating museums, zoos, and cultural centers across the U.S. will be waiving admission fees on that day.
Approximately 1,200 museums, including 31 in the Carolinas, are expected to take part in Museum Day this year. If you’d like to take advantage, visit the Smithsonian Magazine website, find a museum, and download a ticket. One ticket provides free admission for two people.
