What Does Your New Home Office Look Like?
The COVID-19 pandemic has forced a lot of folks work from home for the first time in their careers. This has meant setting up something resembling an office wherever it might fit. The results aren’t always as aesthetically pleasing as one might like, but this is a time for substance over style.
Twitter user Jules Forest shared a photo of her new “home office.” The caption reads: “Can we do a WFH (Work From Home) work space setup thread, unglamorous edition? My partner and I are both working from our studio apartment. My setup is a chair in front of the front door and my desk is our clothes hamper.”
Other telecommuters were quick to chime in with their set ups. They include a variety of things re-purposed into desks, such as an ironing board, trash bin, treadmill, toilet paper, and even a dog. Whatever it takes to get the job done.

My fancy treadmill desk consisting of a plank of wood just wide enough. Walked 2 1/2 miles during meetings today! pic.twitter.com/zfsmjOGAX0
