Americans Are Coping With Pandemic Stress In A Lot Of Different Ways
According to a survey conducted by OnePoll, over 75% of Americans say the COVID-19 pandemic has increased their stress and anxiety. So how are people coping?
The survey shows that a lot people are exercising to relieve stress. Since gyms are closed, they’re hitting the streets and running or biking to burn some calories and shake off the anxiety. Of course, plenty of other folks are choosing the road that leads to the sofa and TV.
I’ve also read that many Americans are finding comfort in online shopping. A lot of those purchases tend to be somewhat impulsive but at least they’re keeping delivery drivers employed. Online shopping didn’t make it onto this list, though.
