Want To Learn How To Dance Like The Rockettes?

They’re as much a part of Christmas in New York City as the big tree in Rockefeller Center. Unfortunately, the Rockettes’ annual holiday spectacular at Radio City Music Hall was sidelined by COVID-19. Instead, they’re using social media to share some high-kicking holiday cheer with their fans.

According to Shape, the Rockettes are teaching a few of their world famous dance routines on Instagram for free. That includes the iconic “Parade of the Wooden Soldiers.” Sounds like a good way to burn off some Christmas cookie calories.

You can pick up some new moves this Wednesday (12/16) and next (12/23) from the Rockettes and their choreographers. All you have to do is tune in on Instagram Live at 3:00 PM Eastern. If you can’t make it at that time, you’ll still be able to see the lessons on the Rockettes’ official Instagram account. They also offer dance tutorials on their YouTube channel.
