‘River Jam’ Concerts Return To The Whitewater Center

Some people go the U.S. National Whitewater Center for the outdoor activities. Others go for the live music. More and more are going for both.

If you’ve never experienced River Jam at the Whitewater Center, get it on your calendar. The outdoor live music series is back for another fun season. You can catch a wide variety of bands, from rock and funk to bluegrass and folk, every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night starting at 7:00 PM from May through September.

River Jam also includes some pre-concert activities, such as the River Jam Run and Open Water Swim on Thursdays. Big Water Rafting Sessions are offered on Thursdays and Fridays. Yoga is available Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.

The concerts are free but parking at the Whitewater Center is $6. And you’ll probably want to grab a beer and something to eat. No outside food and drinks are allowed. You can find more information HERE.
