Charlotte’s First Brewery In Bank Throwing Early Halloween Party
What are the two things that immediately come to mind when you think of Charlotte? Exactly! Banks and breweries. So it was only a matter of time when the two would become one, and that time was earlier this year.
Vaulted Oak Brewing opened in June in a former BB&T bank branch, hence the name. The patio was once the bank’s drive-thru. It’s located at 3726 Monroe Road near Charlotte’s Echo Hills neighborhood, walking distance from Bojangles Coliseum, Ovens Auditorium, and the Park Expo. And their beers are really good.

The brewery posted on Instagram that they’re hosting an early Halloween party this Sunday, October 24th. The fall fun will include live music from Crystal Fountains, pumpkin-carving contest from 1:00- to 5:00 PM, and a puppy costume contest at 3:00 PM. Winners of the contests will receive $25 gift cards to the taproom. Plus, one of Charlotte’s best food trucks, TIN Kitchen, will be on site from 1:00 to 6:00 PM.
