This ‘Slip-N-Slide’ Is Not For the Faint Of Heart

It was one of the simple pleasures of childhood. Dad would roll out the Slip-N-Slide, either store-bought or homemade, spray it down with water, and let the kids have at it. Sometimes the fun ended with an injury on a rock that found its way underneath the Slip-N-Slide but, usually, everyone had a good time.
Once we got to college, the Slip-N-Slide stakes were raised. Often, a dorm hallway would replace the front lawn as the venue of choice. Alcohol was nearly always involved. Injuries remained an ever-present threat, but it was still fun.
Now, in this age of social media flexing, even the humble Slip-N-Slide has been super-sized. Imagine if Evel Knievel had traded in his motorcycle for swim trunks. The guy in the TikTok video below catches some major air. This is next-level Slip-N-Slide and it looks like a fun, if not slightly insane, way to slide out of summer.
