DiGiorno Introduces A Pizza With All Your Favorite Thanksgiving Flavors

Thanksgiving is my favorite food holiday! It’s a carb extravaganza! In the last few years, lots of Thanksgiving flavors have been showing up on different foods. For example, a few years ago, Phil and I did a video trying the Brach’s Turkey Dinner Candy Corn. They were nasty! Last week I blogged about Trader Joe’s new Stuffing Seasoned Popcorn. Now DiGiorno is getting in on the Thanksgiving flavors.

According to KTLA, if cooking for Thanksgiving seems like too much of a chore, you may want to try the DiGiorno Thanksgiving Pizza. The frozen pizza brand is releasing the new pie tomorrow, November 1, and it will be available exclusively online. There are only a limited number of the pizzas available, so if you’ll need to act fast.

If you don’t get one tomorrow, don’t worry! Every Wednesday through November 22, folks can get them online, on a first come, first serve basis, while they last. You can look for the new pie in stores, but it’s unlikely you’ll be able to find one. That said, keep your eyes peeled!

The New Pizza’s Flavors

So, the big question is what Thanksgiving flavors are on the new pizza. The Thanksgiving pizza is turkey, creamy gravy sauce, diced sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberries and mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. In addition, the pizza has a topping of crispy onions. It doesn’t sound horrible! I’ve never thought about Thanksgiving flavors on a pizza, but it might work.

The new holiday pizza is selling for $11.23, and you can buy it online at www.shopdigiorno.goodness.com. Go to their ‘Collections’ section and just click ‘Thanksgiving Pizza. Phil and I definitely need to to a ‘Nosh or Nasty’ video with this creation! Hopefully we’ll be able to buy one tomorrow. If you snag one, please let us know how it is.

Don't Feel Like Cooking? Some Spots You Can Pre-Order Thanksgiving Food In Charlotte

I enjoy cooking but not everyone does. Thanksgiving cooking can be stressful, especially if you have a large family or are having lots of folks over. Sometimes you don’t feel like cooking everything for the Thanksgiving table and that’s where some local restaurants and businesses can help! Charlotte Five is giving us a few options to check out if you’re not up for doing all the cooking this year.

Now, this list is only offering a few places in our area. There are lots of places that offer full Thanksgiving feasts for purchase and tons of local bakeries and shops that offer breads and desserts for the holiday. If you have a favorite spot, definitely try calling them and seeing if they are offering Thanksgiving foods to-go. So, to all of my folks who would much rather order their food to go, this is probably going to be one of the best reads that you can find. Get your whole Thanksgiving meal catered and save yourself all of the hassle! Let’s be real, some of us might be better off ordering to go anyway.
