Zayn Malik: Did His Foot Get Run Over?
Zayn Malik’s rare public appearance has caused quite a panic among fans. It appears his foot was run over. The “Love Like This” singer was in Paris for Fashion Week, attending Kenzo’s show over the weekend. The event took place in the national library. Malik, who just turned 31 earlier this month, appeared to get his foot run over by a car that went in the wrong direction toward the singer. The One Direction alum was seen getting shuffled through a crowd before wincing at the vehicle’s impact, per footage circulating on social media.

Despite that incident, Zayn didn’t let it get him down. He later shared that he surprisingly hadn’t suffered any significant injuries to his foot. “My foot is fine !!” he wrote on Instagram. “Thanks to my incredibly well made shoes.” In the third photo of the post, Zayn showed the white leather sneakers he wore, darkened on one side clearly by tread marks from the car. The Kenzo sneakers don’t seem to provide much protection, but Zayn added a laughing emoji to prove to his 51.7 million followers that he’s okay. While in Paris signing autographs for fans, the musician was asked when his new album was coming out. “It’s coming soon,” he said in a clip shared on X (formerly Twitter). Before walking away, he added, “I’m actually going to a rehearsal.”

Zayn’s Paris Fashion Week appearance was his first public outing since Tom Ford’s 2018 New York Fashion Week show, where he sat front row next to his ex Gigi Hadid’s brother, Anward Hadid. Zayn and Gigi welcomed their daughter Khai in 2020, but they called it quits in 2021. Though they underwent some drama following the split, the two have a “really good co-parenting relationship and split custody 50-50. “I’m super full on, hands on with my child every chance I can be,” Malik previously said.
