Daylight Saving Time Means One Less Hour Of Sleep
It’s time to “spring forward” again, so get ready to hear lots of people asking why we bother to do Daylight Saving Time. I don’t have an answer for that, but I do know this: the March time change is definitely more offensive than the one in November because we’re about to lose an hour of sleep.
Daylight Saving Time officially begins at 2:00 AM on Sunday, 3/10. Unless you’ll be awake at that time, you need to plan ahead. Before you go to bed on Saturday night, set your clocks and watches ahead by one hour. If you forget, you might miss brunch.
