Local Kids Rock Out Queen & Justin Timberlake

I’m a huge music fan, so I love to see kids embracing it as well. 

This past Saturday, more than 50 students from Gold Hill Elementary School  performed a free concert outside Lowe’s Home Improvement store, drumming buckets and playing recorders.

The 3rd and 4th graders busted out “We Will Rock You” by Queen and “Can’t Stop The Feeling” by Justin Timberlake. The kid’s music teacher, Christopher Morgan, doesn’t have a ton of resources for the kids, so he asked Lowe’s if they’d provide free buckets for the kids to drum on in exchange for a free concert. I think Lowe’s made the right decision!

The kids did a great job and the video made me smile. Rock on kids!! Great job!
