No Bojangles’ Seasoned Fried Turkeys This Thanksgiving? Not So Fast.
At the end of September, we heard that Bojangles’ was not offering their seasoned fried turkey this Thanksgiving. It was upsetting, to say the least. However, there is a way you can still enjoy that hometown take on the traditional bird: make it yourself.
The folks at Bojangles’ have kindly shared their turkey brine recipe, instructions on how to prepare the seasoned fried turkey (which you can roast instead of frying), and even a recipe for cornbread-biscuit stuffing that sounds amazing. No, it’s not as easy as ordering it and picking it up at the restaurant, but it is an option. Plus, this way you’ll have more “together time” in the kitchen. Click here for the recipes!
