14 Local Pubs To Visit On St. Patrick’s Day
St. Patrick’s Day falls on a Tuesday (3/17) this year. That means you might be celebrating twice. Most folks will probably go out on the Saturday night before and then do it all over again on the 17th. Fortunately, the Charlotte area boasts plenty of pubs that will be pouring perfect pints and cooking corned beef and cabbage on St. Patrick’s Day.
Ever since my trip to Ireland last fall, I’ve been on the hunt for the most authentic Irish food experience around these parts. Workman’s Friend in Plaza Midwood is one of my favorites. I’ve heard good things about Inishmore in Dilworth. And South End is now home to the new Brigid’s Irish Pub. I may be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day more than twice this year!
