Steve Perry Sings The Beach Boys’ “In My Room” From His Room
The coronavirus pandemic has taken going to concerts off the table for the foreseeable future. As a result, performers have been entertaining us via video. Former Journey lead singer Steve Perry has used some of his “Stay-at-Home” time to add a little more music to our lives.
In the video below, Perry performs a haunting a cappella version of The Beach Boys’ 1963 classic “In My Room.” And he appears to be in his room. In fact, the graphic at the beginning of the video reads, “When I was a teenager isolating in my room, this song gave me comfort. Stay safe, Steve.”
