How To Make An Authentic Egg McMuffin At Home
Another restaurant chain is sharing a recipe to remind us of the good times and great flavors we enjoyed before the pandemic. McDonald’s tweeted out cooking instructions for their Sausage and Egg McMuffin so that you can make it at home.

I’ve always thought the Egg McMuffin was the best thing on McDonald’s menu. The trickiest part is cooking the eggs just like they do at the Golden Arches. You’ll need to brush the inside of a metal ring, if you have one, with a little oil and place it in a small frying pan. The next step is to pour just enough water to cover the base, bring it to a boil, and crack two eggs into the rings, cover, and cook.
If you’ve made it this far, the rest is easy. Slap some American cheese and a sausage patty cooked to your liking on a toasted English muffin. To get the full effect, serve the DIY McMuffin to yourself through a window!
