Drivers, cyclists and pedestrians crossing San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge are now hearing a unusual sound. It has been compared to a “giant, wheezing kazoo,” and The Guardian reports that it’s the result of a redesign to the bridge’s bike path railings. When winds are high, the bridge starts to sing.
