Tennessee Twins Both Have Babies On Their Birthday
What are the odds of this happening? Twin sisters Amber Tramontana and Autum Shaw have done everything together all their lives. Now they can add being in labor to that list.
According to Good Morning America, the sisters from Knoxville, TN both welcomed daughters on the same day, October 29th, which also happened to be their 33rd birthday. That was the day they chose to have their labors induced. Amber and Autum were even in neighboring rooms at the hospital and delivered their baby girls just ninety minutes apart.
Autum was the first to deliver. She and her husband Scott are proud parents to Charleston Scott, who weighed in at nine pounds, four ounces. An hour and a half later, Amber and her husband Jim welcomed Blakely James, born weighing seven pounds, two ounces.
But wait there’s more! The twins also have toddler sons who are the same age. The families say they’re looking forward to making birthdays a “big deal” for their girls together. It sounds like birthdays, holidays, and lots of things will be a big deal.
