Hidden Valley Introducing Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free Ranch Dressing
If America ever decides to name an official national beverage, it will probably be ranch dressing. Sorry, Coca-Cola. As the commercial says, people either love ranch dressing or they really love it. But it can be hard for people with dietary restrictions to be fully present in a “ranch relationship.” Well, those days are almost over.
According to Delish, Hidden Valley is coming out with a vegan version called Plant Powered Ranch in April, making it easier for folks to enjoy ranch on a salad, ranch on wings, ranch on a pizza, ranch on brownies, and pretty much anything else. The company says the ingredients will be dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free, but still have a creamy and zesty taste.
This could be the perfect ranch dressing for anyone on a vegan, vegetarian, or flexitarian diet. The new Plant Powered Ranch will be sold 12-ounce bottles with a suggested retail price of $3.49.
