The Bidens’ Pets, Champ And Major, Have Arrived At The White House
For the first time in over four years, there are dogs living at the White House again. First Lady Jill Biden shared via Twitter that their German Shepherds, Champ (below) and Major, have officially made the move to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
According to CNN, Champ has been with President and First Lady Biden since 2008. Major is the first rescue dog to ever live at the White House. The Bidens adopted him in 2018 from the Delaware Humane Association.
How are the Bidens’ pets settling in? The First Lady’s office say that Champ loves laying by the fireplace and Major is enjoying his play time on the South Lawn.
