North Carolina Woman Is Airbnb’s Most Hospitable Host
I know some people who rent out their homes on Airbnb. They make a tidy sum of money doing it, but it’s not easy. You have to be on your toes to ensure you pull in stellar reviews, which are the lifeblood of good Airbnb’ers. Just ask Jessica Withers of North Asheville, North Carolina.
The Citizen Times reports that Jessica has been named Airbnb’s most hospitable host. She was given the title in an email from the company earlier this month. Guests have left 600 perfect reviews for the Withers family’s Asheville-area property called Lucky W Farm, which includes the Lucky W Ranch House and Lucky W Cottage.
What makes Jessica such a stellar host? When guests arrive, they’re welcomed by the Withers’ dogs and chickens. She also makes a point to greet every guest. An Airbnb spokesperson said it’s hard to put into words how unlikely and remarkable it is to get those perfect reviews.
