AMC Drops Another Teaser For Final Six Episodes Of ‘Better Call Saul’
AMC has released another teaser (below) for the six remaining episodes of the final season of Better Call Saul. It looks like we’re going to see more of Saul Goodman’s (Bob Odenkirk) alter ego, Gene, and his life in hiding as a Cinnabon manager in Omaha, Nebraska.
According to Movieweb, the final episodes of Better Call Saul will also feature appearances from Breaking Bad characters Walter White (Bryan Cranston) and Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul). That would seem to indicate some overlap in the timelines of the two series but we won’t know for sure until we see it.
Then there’s the news that legendary comedian Carol Burnett has a role in these final six episodes. We know she’ll be playing a character named ‘Marion,’ but who is that and how does she fit into the Goodman-sphere?
And what about Saul’s best friend and partner in life, Kim Wexler (Rhea Seehorn)? We never saw her in Breaking Bad. What is her fate? Will she meet an untimely end like Nacho Varga (Michael Mando) and Howard Hamlin (Patrick Fabian)? Lalo Salamanca (Tony Dalton) could have something to do with that. Or will Kim manage to evade serious harm and leave Albuquerque for safer pastures?
So many questions and only six episodes left in which to get them answered. The nail-biting fun begins Monday, July 11, on AMC and AMC+ with the series finale set for August 15.
