The Most ‘Unique’ Baby Names Of Last Year
Every year a list of the most unusual baby names is released, and every year Phil and I are in amazement! I don’t want to sound like I’m judging, but some names are just ridiculous! Every parent wants their child to have a unique name, but sometimes parents need to remember that this is a name they have to live with forever!
The Huffington Post has gathered data from The Social Security Administration, showing all the names of babies born in the last year. They have comprised a list of the oddest boy names and girl names, and there are some wild ones!
These are the most unusual names for girls:

- Alchemy
- Coast
- Pearly
- Brilliance
- Epic
- Hyatt
- Nation
- Ibiza
- Anime
- Comfort
Infant? Comfort? Come on people! The jokes these girls will have to endure throughout school will be horrible.
These are the most unusual names for boys:
- Woodland
- Fenway
- Time
- Thanos
- Colorado
- Zero
- Wealth
- Science
- Rambo
- Clever
- Early
- Keeper
Stop. Zero? You’re going to name a kid ZERO?! Rambo? Science? Oy. Again, I hate to judge, but these names are just bad! You can come up with a unique name that isn’t ridiculous. These poor kids! And there are more bad names here.
This list reminds me of an episode of ‘Seinfeld’. George wants to name his kid, if he has one, seven. The number seven. Because it was Mickey Mantle’s number. Jerry has some thoughts, as you can see below.
