‘Wonder Woman’ Roller Coaster Breaks Records
Roller coaster fans will be flocking to Six Flags Magic Mountain in California this summer. That’s the home of the new, record-breaking Wonder Woman Flight of Courage coaster.
According to the New York Post, the new thrill ride is making history in a number of ways. First, it’s both the world’s longest and tallest single-rail roller coaster. It features a 3,300-foot track, reaches a height of 131 feet, and has a top speed of 58 miles per hour. By comparison, Fury 325 at Carowinds is much taller (325 ft), longer (6,602 ft), and faster (95 mph), but that’s a different type of coaster.
Furthermore, with the addition of Wonder Woman Flight of Courage, Six Flags Magic Mountain brings its total number of roller coasters to 20. That’s more than any other amusement park on Earth.
Wonder Woman Flight of Courage officially opens on July 16, 2022. You can learn more about the new coaster HERE and take a POV preview ride below.
