If you could live in any house from a TV show, which house would you choose? As a kid, I thought The Brady Bunch had a pretty cool place. I still think AstroTurf in the backyard is a good idea, especially when I’m cutting my grass on a 95-degree day in August.
According to JoBlo, the Byers’ house from Stranger Things has been listed for sale on Zillow. Although the Netflix series takes place in Indiana, the three-bedroom, two-bath house is actually located Fayetteville, Georgia.
The listing reads, “This home was featured throughout the first few seasons of the show and remains a nostalgic focal point of the series. Since the show was aired fans have traveled far and wide, almost daily, just to drive by and get a picture. So much so that the owners had to put up a driveway barricade and ‘Private Property’ signs just to keep people from trespassing, so needless to say the house gets a ton of attention.”
The 1,846 square-foot home was built in 1900 and sits on over six acres. The property was listed for $300,000, and it appears to be under contract already. You can still see the listing HERE.
So what you’re saying is, the Byers’ house is looking for…buyers? (Sorry.)
