Dishin With Debbie-Cheesy Pierogy Quesadillas
Dishin With Debbie once again presents a yummy way to enjoy Mrs. T’s Pierogies. The soft pillowy potato and cheese filled pasta pockets are a perfect vehicle for a quesadilla. This recipe couldn’t be easier. Simply saute the pierogies, top with cheese and another pierogy! Serve as you would quesadillas, with salsa and sour cream. It’s a perfect bite, especially using the minis as I did. I hope you enjoy these Dishin With Debbie “Cheesy Pierogy Quesadillas” as much as we did.
