Top 10 Fast Food Breakfast Sandwiches

After I take Daisy to doggy daycare in the morning, I’ll sometimes hit Starbucks or the Bojangles drive-thru across the street for a breakfast sandwich and a hot cup of coffee. I certainly can’t do it before I drop Daisy off because she’d be all up in my face for a Bo-Tato Round.

There’s nothing like a good breakfast sandwich. It’s an easy and, hopefully, delicious way to start the morning. The Daily Meal has ranked America’s best fast food breakfast sandwiches. The winner on their list is a classic — the McDonald’s Egg McMuffin — but I still like Bojangles better. Here are the top ten:

People have strong opinions about their fast food chains. Especially the more regional chains. But did you know that North Carolina was the birthplace of several fast food restaurants? I for sure have a clear favorite on this list. Though I also have strong opinions about some of the newer locations they’ve opened. My own personal “walk uphill both ways” bias.
