Tasty Cocktails For Your Home-Based Mardi Gras

Mardi Gras is Tuesday, February 17th. This year, it’s going to be a largely home-based celebration. Even New Orleans, the epicenter of all things Mardi Gras, is skipping the parade this year. Instead, residents are decorating their homes like parade floats.

By enjoying our Crawfish Étouffée and King Cake at home, we won’t be contributing to the spread of COVID-19. It’s also a safer place to be after imbibing a few Bourbon Street-style cocktails.

When I think of the bars in New Orleans, two cocktails immediately come to mind: the Hurricane and the Sazerac. But there are plenty of other festive and flavorful options for Fat Tuesday.
