Nia Vardalos Has Finished The Script For ‘My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3’
Look, everybody. Look who’s back again.
It looks like there’s more to the story of the Portokalos family. According to ET Online, Nia Vardalos has revealed that she’s finished the screenplay for My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3. I’m glad to hear this. The world could use a little more Opa!
The actress and writer posted a photo on Instagram with co-stars Lainie Kazan, Louis Mandylor, and Gia Carides and shared that they “gathered to honor the memory of Michael Constantine,” who played her father, Gus, in the first two movies. Constantine passed away on August 31, 2021 at the age of 94. Vardalos says the upcoming film is dedicated to him and that she hopes to film soon.
So who’s getting married this time? The ET Online story mentions that Toula and Ian are not grandparents (yet), so I’m guessing it will be their daughter, Paris, who ties the knot. But who’s bringing the Windex?
