Perhaps the simplest ways to work out is by running. Left, right, left, right. Just make sure it's faster than walking. And all you really need are some sneakers and shorts. Plus, research shows that the simple act of running holds many benefits for both body and mind. According to Men's Health, runners may live anywhere from three to six years longer than non-runners.
