Taco Bell’s ‘Steal A Base, Steal A Taco’ Returns
I already love baseball, especially playoff baseball. I’m also a Taco Bell fan and for the past ten years, they’ve made the World Series even better their “Steal a Base, Steal a Taco” promotion.
According to Thrillist, Taco Bell is once again giving everyone in the country a free Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco after the first stolen base in the World Series. That’s right, the first base stolen by either team in the best-of-seven championship series activates the awesomeness. Once that happens, Taco Bell will announce when fans across the U.S. can collect their tasty prize.
This year’s promotion comes with a twist. The actual base that’s stolen (if it happens) will go on display for an entire year at the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York. I don’t know about you but when I’m eating my free taco, I’ll feel like I’m a part of MLB history.
