A Japanese man who has always wanted to be a dog has made it happen. More specifically, he has transformed himself into a Collie. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

According to Geo News, the man commissioned a company to make a Collie costume for him. It cost two million yen, or roughly $15,700, but I’d say he got his money’s worth. It took 40 days to create the very realistic costume.

Why did this man decide to adopt a canine lifestyle? He explained, “My favorite is quadrupedal animals, especially cute ones. Among them, I thought that a big animal close to me would be good, considering that it would be a realistic model, so I decided to make it a dog. Long-haired dogs can mislead the human figure. I met such a condition and made Collie, my favorite breed of dog.”

Not only does the man look like a Collie, but his new costume enables him to move like one, too. You can see what I mean in the video and photos below. I’m assuming he can’t wear the costume 24/7. How does he eat or go to the bathroom? Ehh, I’m sure he’ll figure it out. Live your life, dog man. Live your life.
