Painting Your Nails With Cinnamon Is A Thing & It’s Good Luck
When I have the extra cash, I love to get a pedicure and a manicure. Sadly that’s not often so I usually end up doing my nails myself. And if you’re the same, you may wanna try this. There’s a new trend on TikTok where people are painting their nails with cinnamon.
In a video on TikTok, artist Elizabeth Bradford gives info on how to paint your nails with cinnamon. You add the powdered spice to clear nail polish and it produces a rich, warm brown color. And according to Bradford, cinnamon brings abundance and it’s supposed to prevent stagnancy.
I know cinnamon is good for your health. Usually I put some powdered cinnamon in my coffee grounds prior to brewing it. If you’ve never tried this, it’s yummy! Cinnamon is such a warming, comforting spice so I can see how it’d be good luck.
According to Exemplore, Bradford uses a tiny funnel to add cinnamon to clear nail polish. If you’re worried about the spice staining your fingers, make sure to use a clear bottom coat first. It does make a pretty color! It screams more fall to me than summer but I’m up for trying it. Check it out in the video below.
