Moms Tackle Their Own Sons At Football Practice
Every summer, the varsity football team at Washington Community High School in Washington, Illinois hosts “Mom’s Night.” According to WMBD-TV’s Kurt Pegler, that’s when the players’ own mothers come to a preseason practice to learn all about the plays and rules of the game. They even get to check out the equipment their sons wear. And then they put it on.
After learning the basics, the moms put some of their new skills into practice. Namely, the tackling. If a son ever forgot to clean his room or came home after curfew, this is mom’s chance to teach him a lesson. Watch below as the mothers take turns tackling their boys. The moms have clearly been waiting for this opportunity. However, the last one may have underestimated her son’s size.
