Comfy Collab: Jet-Puffed and Kizik Have Created S’mores For Your Feet

S'mores: They're not just for your mouth anymore. Now there are s'mores for your feet. Just in time for National S’mores Day on August 10th, you can order yourself a pair of shoes that look a lot like your favorite fireside treat.

According to Food & Wine, the unique footwear is a collaboration between Jet-Puffed, the iconic marshmallow maker; and Kizik, a company specializing in hands-free, slip-on shoes. It looks like they nailed it, both in terms of style and comfort.

Officially called the Mars Roamer, the limited-edition s'mores shoe actually looks like a toasted marshmallow, with golden brown quilted tops that fade into white soles. The comfy kicks are described as “an iconic style statement” and truly possess the puffiness of a marshmallow. Plus, the fact that they slip on could come in handy when your hands are sticky from making s’mores. They really thought of everything.

The Mars Roamer s’mores shoes come in men’s sizes (4.5-13) and women’s sizes (6-13). A pair will set you back $119, which is less than what I usually pay for shoes these days. And I'm not ashamed to admit that I like how pillowy-soft these look.

You can only get them on kizik.com, and only while supplies last. At the time of this writing, there were still plenty available. But now that the word is out, you may want to grab yours sooner rather than later for that next s'mores-making session around the fire pit.

The folks at Shane Co. know that finding love can put a little pep in your step, so they conducted a national survey asking over 3,000 Americans how many shoes they own, their favorite types of shoes, and more.

Apparently, residents in North Carolina own 16 or more shoes. This makes us one of the most shoe-loving states in the U.S. Why? That my friends...I have no answer.
