Foreigner Has Released Some ‘Hot Blooded’ Red Vinyl For Valentine’s Day
A bouquet and some bling might be nice but if your sweetheart is also a classic rock fan, Foreigner has the perfect Valentine’s Day gift idea for you. The band has released some collectible red vinyl which coincides with their farewell tour this year.
According to Vintage Rock News, “Farewell – The Very Best Of Foreigner (Hot Blooded Edition)” is only available online and at the band’s upcoming tour stops. With many of Foreigner’s best songs such as “Hot Blooded and “I Want To Know What Love Is,” this classic collection is perfect for Valentine’s Day. How is this band still not in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame!?!
Other hits featured on the limited-edition red vinyl include “Urgent,” “Double Vision,” and “Waiting For a Girl Like You.” The 11-track collection was produced by Foreigner’s founding guitarist Mick Jones and the band’s current bassist, Jeff Pilson. Priced at $50, only 5,000 individually numbered albums are available. Grab your copy while you still can at the band’s official online merch store.
Foreigner is touring across North America for the final time this year with Styx and John Waite. They’ll be making a stop at PNC Music Pavilion in Charlotte on Saturday, July 13th at 8:00 PM. You can find ticket information here.
