Taylor Swift Reveals The 4 Disney+ ‘Eras Tour’ Bonus Songs
The four bonus acoustic songs in the new Disney+ version of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour concert film have been revealed following the Thursday night (March 14) premiere. Over the course of this week, Good Morning America announced the songs as Swifties counted down to streaming debut.
Last month, it was announced that Disney+ would exclusively stream the box-office hit. As we reported, the singer-songwriter broke a record with the concert film. It is now the highest-grossing concert/documentary film of all time. The three-hour documentary made nearly $300 million at the worldwide box office, beating out the previous record holder, Michael Jackson’s This Is It. The posthumous 2009 doc grossed $261.2 million at the global box office. The film was released digitally via Universal Pictures on Swift’s birthday, December 13.

Swift’s concert film garnered most of its record gross during its October opening weekend in North America. Her opening weekend total gave the Eras doc the biggest opening of all-time for a concert movie, also beating out the previous record-holder, 2011’s Justin Bieber: Never Say Never. Ahead of the film’s release, Swift said on social media that her tour has been “the most meaningful, electric experience of my life so far.”

Since the “Eras Tour” film was shot during Swift’s three-night residency at L.A.’s SoFi Stadium, it had already been predicted that the other bonus tunes included would be the three remaining acoustic “surprise songs” she performed: “Death by a Thousand Cuts,” “You Are in Love,” “Maroon” and “I Can See You.”
Continuing her Eras Tour this year, Swift is currently on hiatus until May when she resumes her tour with shows in Sweden, Portugal, Spain, the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Austria, and Poland. Her international tour is swapping out Sabrina Carpenter, who joined her until March, with Paramore as her opener for the remaining dates.
Then, Swift returns to North America in the fall, from October to November, with 15 stops. Gracie Abrams will join her onstage once again for the extended dates. During Swift’s two-month rest period, her 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department, will be released on April 19th. There are four limited-edition versions of the upcoming eleventh studio album: “The Black Dog,” “The Albatross,” “The Bolter,” and “The Manuscript.” All of the physical CD, vinyl, and cassette editions of the album each have one of these four songs as an extra track, with only the digital release being sans a bonus song.
