This Wood Sculpture Of The Grinch & Cindy Lou Who Will Blow Your Mind
A friend of mine posted this on her Facebook page yesterday and I was stunned. It’s a full size replica of the Grinch holding Cindy Lou Who and it’s made out of wood. You will be shocked when you see this! It’s so life-like!
Ryan Villiers lives in Alberta, Canada and he owns a business called Villiers Wyld Wood. He makes amazing life-like figures out of wood using a chainsaw. I don’t know a ton about the man as I just Googled him and found his business FB page. But I know this: he has some serious skills!
I took a look at some of his other works and WOW. He created a wood carving of John Candy as “Uncle Buck”, which is one of my favorites. He also has a Harry from “Harry and the Henderson’s” that is unreal!
The cost of these pieces is probably outrageous, but look at the detail. This guy is talented!
